Coping with pressure: “How to manage stress and psychological challenges”

During the Covid-19 pandamic period, the Agency for Enterprise Development organized the construction of a Mental Health Corner on the Department's information page, organized psychological counseling talk shows for female businesses and received enthusiastic responses from sisters.
Following those activities, Agency for Enterprise Development, Ministry of Planning and Investment coordinated with the Pioneering Women Leaders Network (WeLead) to organize a series of 4 talkshows "Mental health care for female entrepreneurs", to help female entrepreneurs identify signs of instability and proactively take care of their mental health, ensuring good health when starting and running a business.
This event aims to raise awareness among female leaders about the importance of management and psychological stability under pressure from work and modern life. Through sharing knowledge and experience from doctors and psychologists. Female entrepreneurs will have more knowledge and skills to manage stress and psychological challenges, through which female entrepreneurs increasingly improve business efficiency and quality of life, which is not only important. important in the start-up process but also in operating and developing the business in a sustainable way.”
