July 24, 2023, at the Ministry of Planning and Investment, consultation workshop within the framework of the project "Promoting the development of women entrepreneurs: Creating a gender-responsive business ecosystem (CWE)". More than 60 delegates from international organizations (UN Women, ADB...), domestic agencies, female business associations, and business support organizations participated.

On May 25 and 26, 2023, in Hanoi, the Department of Enterprise Development, Ministry of Planning and Investment cooperated with USAID to organize a training course on the implementation of policies to support women-owned businesses.

On May 9-10, 2023, in Tien Giang, the Department of Enterprise Development, Ministry of Planning and Investment collaborated with the project Promoting reform and improving connectivity for SMEs (USAID LinkSME), the project “Supporting the ecosystem of impact-producing businesses in Vietnam to respond to COVID-19” (ISEE-COVID Project) and Tien Giang Department of Planning and Investment organized a training course on how to implement policies to support SMEs to create social impact and women-owned businesses. Participating in the training were more than 60 staff of business support organizations in 13 southern provinces.

On April 27, 2023, in Da Nang, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Agency for Enterprise Development (AED), in collaboration with the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), the Vietnam Women's Union, and the Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Council, organized a training course called "Women Entrepreneurs and Applied Digital Skills in Business" as part of the project "Promoting Women Entrepreneurship: Creating a Gender-Responsive Business Ecosystem" (CWE).

On April 4th, 2023, the project Improving Private Sector Competitiveness (USAID IPSC), together with Deloitte US Consulting Company, visited and worked with the Hanoi Association of Women-owned Small and Medium Enterprise (HAWASME) at the Vietnam Craft Village Essence Center (Bat Trang Commune, Hanoi City).
