Policies and Schemes for supporting Small and Medium sized Enterprises, Women-owned Enterprises in Quang Ngai province

In order to support and develop businesses, especially small and medium-sized enterprises and women-owned enterprises, the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province has issued a number of support programs and policies as follows:

1. Plan No. 216/KH-UBND dated February 5, 2021 of the People's Committee approving the legal support program for small and medium enterprises in Quang Ngai province in the period of 2021-2025 with a number of objectives. The main objectives and contents are as follows:

(a) Objectives:

* General objective

- Clearly define the tasks of departments, agencies and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities in organizing and providing legal support for small and medium enterprises in the province; improve the efficiency of state management by law for enterprises; contribute to improving the competitiveness index (PCI) of Quang Ngai province.

- Implement synchronously and effectively legal support activities for small and medium-sized enterprises in the province in order to create a strong change in legal awareness, understanding, law compliance, and initiative. hedging risks of small and medium enterprises; removing difficulties and obstacles, contributing to improving the efficiency of production and business activities and the competitiveness of enterprises.

- 100% of small and medium enterprises can access, use and comment on legal information posted on the provincial web portal, the website of departments, agencies and People's Committees districts, towns and cities.

- 100% of legal documents promulgated by the People's Council and the People's Committee of the province related to business activities of enterprises are introduced and disseminated in a timely manner to provide legal information to the public. enterprise.

- Improve women's understanding of guidelines, policies, laws, economic sectors related to career development, start-ups in order to change awareness, arouse the spirit of entrepreneurship, potential, and brightness. created by women.

- Promote the realization of business ideas and the development of start-ups, cooperatives, individual business households, and start-ups of women through a series of quality support services sustainable development, contributing to the successful implementation of the national goals on business development and the National Strategy on Gender Equality.

- Contributing to perfecting policies and laws to support women in starting a business, developing businesses to ensure gender equality in the economic field.

* Detail goal:

Striving to 2025, the whole province achieves the following goals:

- 90% of full-time members of the Association at all levels and officials of departments and agencies participating in the implementation of the Plan have improved awareness and methods to support women in starting a business and developing businesses.

- 70% of members and women are propagated and raised awareness about employment and entrepreneurship.

- Supporting 320 women to start their own businesses and start a business (40 women each year).

- Coordinating and supporting the establishment of more than 19 cooperatives and cooperatives managed by women (in which, each year they coordinate to establish at least 01 cooperative managed by women).
