Policies and Schemes for supporting Small and Medium sized Enterprises, Women-owned Enterprises in Nghe An province

In order to support and develop businesses, especially small and medium enterprises and women-owned enterprises, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has issued a number of support programs and policies as follows:

1. Plan No. 259/KH-UBND dated May 7, 2021 of the People's Committee of the People's Committee on Legal Support for Small and Medium Enterprises in Nghe An Province in 2021 with a number of objectives and main contents as follows: after:

(a) Objectives:

- Timely provide legal database and legal information for enterprises in the process of production and business; creating favorable conditions for enterprises to disseminate, educate and provide legal advice, contributing to limiting legal risks for enterprises;

- Create favorable conditions for businesses to remove difficulties and legal problems in the process of operation.

(b) Main supporting content:

- Completing the system of legal documents related to enterprises in order to create favorable conditions for the operation of enterprises.

- Building and exploiting legal database serving business activities.

- Update data on court judgments and decisions; commercial arbitration award; decide to handle the competition case; decisions on handling of administrative violations and other documents related to enterprises.

- Legal training for businesses.

- Survey to capture information on the current state of law application and legal support needs of enterprises

- Enhance professional exchange on business legal support.

- Answering the law within the industry and field under his/her management related to legal support activities for enterprises.

2. Decision 2329/QD-UBND dated June 11, 2018   of the People's Committee on approving the charter of Nghe An Women's Business Association with a number of objectives and main contents as follows:

(a) Objectives:

The goal of the Association is to gather and unite female businesses in Nghe An province to share, link and strive for the development and success of members, contributing to improving the capacity of each enterprise. led by women, strengthen linkages, cooperation, mutual assistance, encourage members to work together to develop production and business as well as improve their qualifications, knowledge, management capacity and development. . Thereby, contributing to affirming the role of female entrepreneurs in the business community and in the economic development of Nghe An province, the Association strives for the development and equality of women, contributing to the construction of Nghe An. and Vietnam is rich and strong, democratic and civilized.
