Online training course Using gender gap analysis tool in the workplace towards sustainable development

On the morning of June 24, 2021, within the framework of the Program to promote women's economic empowerment in the workplace - We Empower Asia, the Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Council (VWEC) under the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) in collaboration with the United Nations Agency for Gender Equality and Empowerment of Women (UN Women) organized an online training course with the theme: “Using a tool to analyze the gender gap in the workplace towards sustainable development”.

With the Objective To introduce and guide businesses to use the gender gap analysis toolkit in the workplace; Supporting businesses in gender-based statistics and reporting; Develop a plan to implement gender equality in enterprises, contributing to improving labor productivity, towards sustainable development.

Nearly 60 students are representatives of businesses; Business Associations/Associations/Clubs across the country attended the training course.
